I became interested in massage in 2009 after a lifetime of battling illness. I searched for medical answers through Western Medicine, holistic medicine, rehab and wellness. She was eventually diagnosed with Lyme Disease, which developed into Fibromyalgia. The doctor’s only suggestion was medication for a “better quality of life.” I thought, there had to be more than just medication. I did my research and found aerobic exercise and massage helped with chronic pain. I became increasingly involved in physical fitness, which has improved my physical body as well as my mind and spirit. It motivated me to go to massage school, and graduated from the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy. It is my goal to help every patient to get out of pain. I tailor each massage to the individual’s needs, combining relaxation, therapeutics, and stretching, I also offer cupping, hot stone, and prenatal techniques. When I’m not massaging, 1 am continuing my education as a Massage Therapist learning new techniques and therapies to better serve my clients. Outside my practice, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, being outdoors, and collecting rocks.
